The advertiser must supply the banner to our show office by Friday 21st August 2026. Banners should be robust and able to withstand inclement weather. They need to have eyelets and will be secured to the fencing around the Main Ring.
Banners will be secured and removed by the show team and ready for collection from the Show Office on site from Tuesday 1st September.
Whilst every effort will be made to preserve banners in good condition, banner advertising is in close proximity to the public and at mercy of weather; the show cannot be held responsible for damage sustained.
