We are one of a few shows that has maintained its commitment to classes such as this in its schedule, and we are very grateful to these competitors who bring such beautiful displays for our visitors to enjoy. Sunday at 2:15pm sees the arrival of the magnificent coaching / four in hand to the Main Ring. These incredible turnouts will leave our car park and follow a road and farm track course of around 5 miles before arriving back in our Main Ring. It’s a most beautiful sight, filled with tradition. The skill of these carriage drivers must not be underestimated. To manoeuvre four horses and a large carriage on today’s roads and through gateways is a tricky task indeed.
