We attract families enjoying the last of summer holidays, farmers taking time out from the day job and a loyal core of horse-riding, hunting, shooting and fishing enthusiasts. It’s an event where happy memories are most certainly always made.

With sponsorship packages starting from just £50, there are plenty of ways to get involved. Depending on the package you choose, sponsorship can include entry badges, Members’ Marquee access, website and social media acknowledgement and access to our new ringside President & Sponsor’s Bar. New for 2026, our Big Day Out package offers a fantastic value-for-money way to entertain friends, family, clients or colleagues while enjoying the Show in comfort and style.

 

Subject to the package selected, sponsors receive benefits such as entry badges which permit access not only to the show but into the Members' Marquee area for an upmarket, more comfortable way to enjoy the show. New for 2026 is a separate, ringside President & Sponsor's Bar marquee where sponsors will find a warm welcome and comfortable seating with the best view in the house! Some packages include forward parking for your convenience in the area by our Members' Marquee, and new for 2026 we're introducing vouchers for a drink in our new bar. 

Sponsors are acknowledged on our website with a link and logo if relevant, they're listed in event publications and class listings in schedules and online. We re-share sponsor social posts on our social platforms in our stories and do what we can to help acknowledge your support through the year. Sponsors are invited to a drinks reception with our Show President and receive our Supporter Newsletters with insider show information.

Please note - we know that sadly scammers frequently approach sponsors and trade stands associated with events like ours. They typically send emails that offer to sell lists of contacts which can be used for marketing. Please be aware of this and be assured that our show acts in accordance with our Privacy Policy and never shares any such list externally. Anyone offering such lists is acting without official sanction and is offering fake information.   

All sponsorship agreements for any year's show will end on 31st December of that year unless otherwise and expressly agreed. Renewal of sponsorship of a particular class or section of the show cannot be guaranteed but every effort will be made to accommodate requests.
