Please complete this application to be considered for a public catering concession at the Edenbridge & Oxted Agricultural Show (30th & 31st August 2026). Offers will be made to successful applicants which will include a deposit invoice of 10% of anticipated net sales. The balance payment (to 20% of actual net sales) is due at the end of the event. Payment of the deposit is required to secure the pitch. Please remember to attach your full menu and prices to your submission.
