This page holds key information for our 2026 trade exhibitors. We hope you’re looking forward to trading with us; as ever we’ll do everything we can to make your bank holiday weekend both enjoyable and profitable. Please note that we are now at capacity for standard trade and all catering. Collection of Passes
This year we're not posting any packs out to trade exhibitors. You’ll collect your passes when you arrive. If you’re local and able to collect sooner then please pop into the Show Office at the showground during working hours. If you need extra passes then these can be purchased when you arrive at a cost of £22.50 per day. 

Set-Up Times
Please only use the Green Gate to enter site. 
SET UP DAY     Thursday 27th August     08:00 to 20:00
SET UP DAY    Friday 28th August     08:00 to 20:00
SET UP DAY    Saturday 29th August     08:00 to 20:00
SHOW DAY    Sunday 30th August     06:00 to 08:00 then approx.18:30 to 20:00
SHOW DAY    Monday 31st August     06:00 to 08:00 then approx. 18:30 to 20:00 
BREAK DOWN DAY    Tuesday 1st September    06:00 to 20:00

If you have any marquee contractors etc booked for your stand, please ensure they are aware of these access hours. They will be turned away if arriving outside of these hours.

On show days the last vehicle allowed in is at 8am and all vehicles must be parked up by 8.30am. There can be no vehicle movement after 8.30am. The show is open until 6pm each day and there can be no vehicle movements when the show is open. Listen out for a tannoy announcement for when our H&S manager permits vehicle movement once the show has closed. 

Fire Safety
We remind you that your trade stand is classed as a place of work and that you are required to provide adequate fire safety measures as appropriate such as extinguishers and fire blankets to protect yourself and customers. Given the extremely dry weather we will be placing extra importance and focus on fire safety, on your risk assessments and on reducing risk for all on site. 

Electricity
We rely on generator power and manage our electricity requirements through Excell Electrical. Please book your power with them directly if required. Visit https://order.excellelectrical.com/ and use access code EO26 to book. You will not be permitted to use your own generator. 

Camping
You can camp on your trade pitch so long as you remain within your allotted space. We also have trader parking and camping in the area between Green Gate and Gate 2. Please note there is no electric hookup and generators are not permitted. Showers are available on site.
