Please register for membership of the Edenbridge & Oxted Agricultural Show to receive discounted entry fees where applicable. You must have submitted and completed your membership order before entering the class in order to avail of the discount. 

Each equestrian exhibitor will be charged a £5 first aid levy fee. This is compulsory for each exhibitor and will automatically be applied at the checkout.

CLASS RULES, REGULATIONS & QUALIFIERS

This show is affiliated to the Welsh Pony and Cob Society. AF000203. Animals must be entered correctly in line with the rules, detailed in the WPCS Judging and Showing Handbook which can be found on the Society website www.wpcs.uk.com or requested from the WPCS office. Failure to comply with the rules may result in the withholding of awards. 

The Edenbridge & Oxted Agricultural Show will need to provide the WPCS with certain personal information relating to the exhibitor. Your privacy is extremely important to the WPCS, so we want you to know exactly how we will use that personal information. The WPCS full privacy notice setting out detailed information about matters such as what personal information the WPCS use, for what purpose they use it, what their legal basis for doing so is and who they share your personal information with, can be viewed on the WPCS website www.wpcs.uk.com If you would prefer to see a hard copy of their privacy notice, please ask a member of WPCS staff to provide you with the same.

WPCS Minmon In-Hand Veteran Scheme
The Minmon WPCS Veteran Scheme is kindly sponsored by Ann Holland of the Minmon Stud and is aimed to encourage in-hand veterans over 19 years of age. There is no need to request a points card, any 19-year old or over Veteran competing in one of the preceding classes will automatically be allocated points. The two highest placed veterans from classes E60, E63, E66 and E69 will go forward to the Veteran Championship, run concurrently within the Supreme In Hand Welsh Championship in Ring 5.
