Visitors can see blacksmiths working at the demonstration forges across both days of our show.

In their marquee you'll find the entries for the static displays competition, then outside you'll be able to watch the creations come to life in the live forging competition. A public vote decides the winner of the John Denton Memorial Trophy. 

The competition at the E&O is part of the NBCC national series, backed by the Worshipful Company of Blacksmiths. This series runs across regional shows such as the Royal Welsh, the Royal Cornwall,  Royal Three Counties, North Somerset, New Forest & Hampshire and Dorset County.
